Submitting Your Graphic Design Project

For graphic design projects, please submit your request at least one month before delivery to ensure that schedule can be met. Faster turn-time is possible, please inquire as schedules vary with workload. Once your project is submitted, we will schedule a meeting to go over timeline and details. You will not be billed for meeting time. After the meeting, you will receive a complete project quote with a "not to exceed" amount of hours for your project. You may choose your print vendor, or we can recommend one. In your request, please be sure to include: type of piece (postcard, poster, brochure, etc.), dimensions if known, printing budget, mail date of piece (if applicable), and any images you wish included.

Submitting Your Web Design Project

For web projects, please submit your request at least one month before delivery to ensure that schedule can be met. Faster turn-time is possible, please inquire as schedules vary with workload. Once your project is submitted, we will schedule a meeting to go over timeline and details. You will not be billed for meeting time. After the meeting, you will receive a complete project quote with a "not to exceed" amount of hours for your project. Web projects may include website design and construction, updates to existing sites, additions to existing sites, e-newsletter set up and deployment, web banners, and Google Analytics set up and implementation.

Submitting Requests for Artwork, Furniture, Framing, or Matting

Please include as many details as possible in your request. We will set up a meeting to go over your project and after the meeting you will be provided with a quote. One month lead time minimum, please.
